Uptime Guarantee
We have a guaranteed uptime of 99.5% * on all of our hosting packages. This means your website will be up no matter which package you are on, whereas some hosts only offer guarantees on top packages, so smaller sites on cheaper packages suffer, but not with Inspire! We believe every customer deserves the highest uptime possible, regardless of what’s on the invoice.
Proactive Monitoring
Some hosts cannot offer great uptime as they have no way to tell when their servers are down. We use 24 hour monitoring that alerts on call staff to any issues, including high server loads and RAM use that may crash the server, so they can work immediately to fix it. This allows us to keep downtime to a minimum, and even prevent problems before they happen.
LiteSpeed
We have LiteSpeed web server installed on each of our servers. LiteSpeed is faster than the more commonly used Apache software. It can process much higher loads at higher speeds, making it not only high speed, but high performance on even the largest websites. This added performance works out to be double the capacity of standard Apache web servers, this means all of your sites will load much quicker with Inspire than with many other web hosts.
Fair Resource Management
Our servers use CloudLinux which manages resources for all users to ensure that no single user can cause the server to crash. The way this works is that each user is allocated a set amount of CPU and RAM, normally around 10% of the server’s maximum CPU and 256MB of RAM. In the event that you hit the limit, your site is not suspended, but slowed, as there are less resources available to process requests. Many other web hosts would just suspend your account.

Automatic Upgrades
We believe that upgrades should be available at all times, whatever plan you’re on. Some web hosts, however, tie you into a long contract that cannot be changed until your year or two is up. Off Server Backups
A lot of web hosts rely on the customers making their own backups of their website data, and although we highly recommend that you still do this, we do perform a nightly backup to an off server location for disaster recovery, should the server fail.

We use Softaculous, a system that allows installation of over 200 scripts to your website within a few clicks. This application is available in our cPanel control panel for your site, as standard on all plans, and can install content management systems such as WordPress and Joomla, or eCommerce systems like PrestaShop and Magento.
